Happy Birthday, Paul McGann
Paul McGann was born 14 November 1959 and today celebrates his 54th birthday.
McGann of course succeeded Sylvester McCoy, but he remains the “George Lazenby of Doctor Who” (as described by himself.) He only had the chance to play the role on screen once in the 1996 TV movie. Fortunately he cemented himself as a fine Doctor in his own right through later audio dramas.
