Children in Need 2011 Christmas Preview

Since Doctor Who returned to our screens back in 2005 there has been a Children in Need tie-in of some sort, and this year will be no exception.

The BBC have confirmed that they will be showing an exclusive sneak preview of the 2011 Doctor Who Christmas Special during the live appeal on Friday 18th November.

There are no further details on what we can expect. Last year, we got to see a minute trailer for A Christmas Carol. But it’s possible we might get to see an early clip from the episode.

Children in Need 2011 begins Friday 18th November at 7.30pm on BBC One.

Update: The Radio Times listing reveals that the sneak peek will be shown sometime between 8pm-8.30pm.
