More episode details for Doctor Who: A Christmas Carol have been revealed.
According Doctor Who Magazine, at the start of the episode Rory and Amy are on a pleasure cruise spaceship orbiting an alien planet for their honeymoon. The ship then finds itself under attack from something very nasty.
“They’re separate from the Doctor for a lot of the story,” says Karen Gillan. “He has a lot to deal with on the planet below in order to save the spaceship.”
Gillan also says that despite being a married lady, Amy is still not done wanting to snog the Doctor.
“Amy always wants to snog the Doctor,” confesses Gillan. “She’s just really impulsive. She doesn’t have the same thought process most people go through before they speak.”
