Russell T Davies Possibly Hints He’s Starting Work on 60th/Series 14 Soon

Returning showrunner Russell T Davies may have hinted that work on his second era of Doctor Who could begin very soon.

In an Instagram post, Davies was talking about his work on 1985 children’s TV show Why Don’t You, and after responded intriguingly to a commenter.

The commenter said: “I’ve always wanted to be a writer, this story has taught me all I need to do is go to Bad Wolf Studios, make sure you drink too much and take over a script for Doctor Who. Amen.”

To which RTD replied: “That’ll be next Monday ;).”

Filming is thought to be quite far off, but RTD may have, or be starting, work on his first script of his second era.

Then again, RTD could just as easily be hinting he’s just getting drunk on Monday!
