R.I.P. Michael Gambon (1940-2023)

Doctor Who TV is saddened to report on the passing of Sir Michael Gambon, who has died at the age of 82.

Though he had countless roles to his name, many Whovians will fondly remember him for his role in Doctor Who.

Gambon played Kazran/Elliot Sardick in the fan-favourite 2010 Christmas special, “A Christmas Carol”.

Just a year later, Gambon wrapped a six-film stint as Albus Dumbledore in the Harry Potter film series.
