Cribbins Would Love Wilf to Return

Bernard Cribbins has revealed that he would love to reprise the role of Donna’s loveable grandfather, Wilfred Mott.

However Cribbins told Den of Geek that he will not be a part of the 50th anniversary special: “No, I’m not [involved]. I rang Cardiff [where the Doctor Who production unit is based] a little while ago and said, ‘Am I going to be involved?’ and they said, ‘Well no. We’re shooting at the moment and maybe something later on but at the moment, no.’

He added: “I would love to get back into it. It would be nice.”
