6. Daleks in Manhattan / Evolution of the Daleks
Not too surprising, in last place was the third series two-parter with only 4% of the vote.
5. Victory of the Daleks
The divisive fifth series story wasn’t exactly victorious, placing 5th with 10% of the vote.
4. Army of Ghosts / Doomsday
The second series finale was just ahead to claim fourth with 11% of the vote.
3. Bad Wolf / The Parting of the Ways
The Daleks first series finale did enough to earn 3rd place with 12% of the vote.
2. Dalek
The first story of the revival to feature the Doctor’s ultimate enemy. It was a close battle between the top 2, but in the end Dalek has to settle for second place with 27% of the vote.

And winning the poll with 36% of the vote was the fourth series finale. Well done Davros on your ultimate victory.
