New Christmas Clips in BBC Trail

Some short new clips from The Doctor, The Widow and The Wardrobe are featured in this trail for BBC1’s Christmas line-up. Also, Chris Eccleston shows off his fantastic beard in The Borrowers. Check it out below.

On closer inspection, The Doctor appears to be on a spaceship (the one mentioned in the Radio Times preview most likely) and he’s running away from an explosion on board.

Nice acrobatics Doctor, but we’re more interested in those space suits. We know from filming the Doctor wears one of these, so this is where he gets it from presumably.

What might this be? An ejection hatch perhaps. This could explain how the Doctor ends up crash landing on earth, before Madge spots him in a crater.
