Michelle Gomez Would Love Missy to Return
Speaking to Digital Spy, Gomez said that, despite Missy’s apparent demise, she thinks there’s always a way for the character to return.
“It’s never a closed chapter as far as Doctor Who is concerned,” she said.
She added: “I would love to, at some point, pop back up again. That’s a firm, ‘Yes, I am available’.
“Well, I’m not actually [laughs]. Not right now. But I will be. I will be!”
This isn’t the first time Gomez has expressed a desire to come back to the show. She previously stated she would be happy to “have a little run-around” with the Thirteenth Doctor. Gomez has also appeared in several Big Finish audios.
