Farewell Matt! Christmas Filming Wraps

Filming has now wrapped on this year’s Doctor Who Christmas special.

Producer Marcus Wilson wrote on Twitter this evening: “So it’s goodnight from me, and it’s goodnight from him. That’s a wrap. Christmas 2013. Thank you all.”

Derek Ritchie wrote: “That’s a wrap! Christmas is in the can, you lucky lucky people!!!”

Of course this means Matt Smith has now filmed his final episode and regeneration into Peter Capaldi. Sniff…
