10 Teasers for The Pilot

Clint Hassell brings you the first 10 hints and teasers for the opening episode of Doctor Who Series 10.

• 1. We get a hint as to how the Doctor reattached Nardole’s head to his presumably destroyed body.
• 2. It’s in the corner, just out of the frame . . .
• 3. . . . and it’s “out of order.”
• 4. River Song and Susan (yes, that “Susan”) make an appearance. The Doctor even says lines to both!
• 5. Let’s see, there’s Three’s, Four’s, Five’s, Seven’s, Nine’s, Ten’s, and Eleven’s . . .
• 6. Beethoven’s Fifth, the electric guitar, and the sonic sunglasses.
• 7. Funniest line (in context): “I’d fatted her.”
• 8. Bill gets her own version of “Doctor who?”
• 9. The opening credits remain unchanged, except the episode title is in a much bigger font. Matt Lucas retains his above-title billing; he is listed third, as “and Matt Lucas.”
• 10. Bill isn’t the only one who is starry-eyed, in the episode.
