Story of a legend, 10:05, I where is that scene from, I have not missed an episode since the TV Movie and I have no idea where that's from.

The next step beyond Fan Fiction is the Fan Musical.

Three cheers for “Wholock The Musical”.

Story of a Legand was brilliant!! It was like 6 very good fan tributes put together and the epic ness never stopped!

Cannot Wait to watch the River Video! ... When I have a spare 9 hours....

9 hours of River scenes?! That's awesome though, I always did plan to rewatch the episodes in her order but this takes it a step further. Definitely a project for my day off.

That pink-tinged series 8 fan titles video is the best one I've seen yet (doesn't hurt that they used the classic theme tune rather than one of the marching band-addled abominations!)

The Story of a Legend was amazing!! Good work to the person who put that together!

That nine hour video of River, absolutely wonderful.   It doesn't include the minisodes, but it is just wonderful to see the episodes of River in order, from Amy's pregnancy onwards.  Fabulous stuff, and I really enjoyed it.  I do so hope we see a glimpse of her with Capaldi, as she said the Doctors keep popping up in the wrong order...

If anybody is wondering the Charles Dance narration is from the BBC Winter Olympics advert. Absolutely haunting.

Thanks for featuring my title sequence!

The person who put River's scenes together has too much time on their hands. I'm not complaining, I'll watch it... eventually.

Cinder looks like a proper badass. >:)

Of the two fan titles, I guess I prefer the second one even though the first one is technically better made.  I'm just not crazy about the whole clock motif, and I also don't particularly care for that version of the theme song.  It worked fine for the closing credits of "Day" but as an intro for the show I just don't think it works.

Seriously, what kind of super computers are people running where they can just render these massive compilations like the River one?! :O

I love the charles dance video, perfectly edited

Charles Dance was just made to be the master. I'm rather glad that piece of art made it into the thumbnail of that video (the one with him and the hat) because it really just shows how awesome it could be. And the video itself was wonderful. By far the best out of this W&W. The eyes were also very good. :)

Who else thought Delgado when listening to him?

I love that drawing of Cinder! *O* I'm actually halfway through 'Engines of War' now (WHICH IS FRIGGING AMAZING) and I actually picture her as Emma Stone (with short hair) in my head when reading. XD XD

The number of fantastic quality and excellent fan titles made by this fandom never ceases to astonish me. I think it says a lot about how iconic the titles are, that so many people want to put their own stamp on it.

Our fanbase is many things, but if there's one thing that's certain, it's that it's extraordinarily talented.

I'm attempting a Pertwee marathon before the start of Series 8. This graphic has suddenly made that a much more daunting ambition...

I still don't get why they're doing a new intro...

Wow! Thank you! I loved making it, and Id rather use the classic Delia Derbyshire theme as oppose to Murray Golds stuff. At least someone feels the way I do about Murray Gold.

Me! And I find Delgado my favourite Master even though he was the last one I saw. Perfect, no bombastic or over the top attitude(/acting) just the smug, smart, full-of-himself sob I always felt he should be.

Seriously. Speaking as someone who absolutely hates the master and hopes he never comes back... give me Charles Dance Master NOW.

@TardisBoy It's incredible, isn't it? Such a sublime book. And yes, I totally get the Emma Stone thing. I imagined her as a cross of Stone and Hayley Williams out of Paramore (in fact, the drawing looks really like her).

It's great, isn't it? I got it two days ago and I'm already halfway through xD

@supermoff To be quite honest I found both of these underwhelming. I like the symbol design in the second one, as it feels very classic Whoish, but I don't like the clock one very much. (Billydakiduk's nailed that concept better.) Still, I have to commend the creativity of the sequences and the love that still went into them, whether I like them or not. :)

Because the 2013 one was made in literally 2 weeks, it was rushed and poorly assembled. That's why.

@ Notsosmartguy is superior again!!!!!!!!! Paul McGann was pushing Moffat for one at the London Film and Comic Con Panel. So he'd certainly be up for it aha! A full on musical episode really could go either way though, and it would certainly take a brave writer to take it on, and Moffat didn't sound too keen!

mrpaddy1984

That and they have Matt Smith's face in them. I don't mind the current titles, but the theme arrangement gets on my nerves, I'm hoping they tweak it this year.

@LGwalchmai95 @ Notsosmartguy is superior again!!!!!!!!! I think it is too much of a risk. Look at 'The Rings of Akhaten'. That got a lot of hate for the singing aspect of the episode. At the time I did not really like the episode but since re-watching it, I have found it to be a grower. As for having a musical - I don't think it would be a smart idea.

@LGwalchmai95 @VERITASERUMUK @ Notsosmartguy is superior again!!!!!!!!! I guess you could have the cast miming to proper singers.

If you make it into more of a celebratory programme of Doctor Who, then you bring back old faces who can hold a tune. Billie of course was a pop star, Matt did his musical recently (even if he isn't the world's greatest singer), Arthur is genuinely a decent musical performer, plus of course there's Barrowman! Nearly forgot Bernard Cribbins as well
