With all of these 'series 8 trailers', for me there always seems to be something not quite right . . .

What if someone was to stich the best pieces of each one and turn it into a super trailer!

David almost looks like he's sneering at the camera. Guess I wouldn't be surprised, since he's said he and his wife like to lead a private life.

Glastonbary ?Maybe Capaldi will do what Matt Smith did and appear with Orbital who has their Doctor Who song

David and Georgia will never escape their wibblywobblyness curse :)) They will always be the Doctor and the Doctor's Daughter, don't they? :)) But it's good to see them relaxing. (Off toppic, but I can't wait for Broadchurch 2. :D)

Also, that Series 1 trailer was amazing! I miss Eccleston! He was fantastic indeed!

I cannot even comprehend that timeline.....

Aaaa! Charles Dance as the Master, how amazing would that be!

Tennant appears to have some sort of growth on his face.

That timeline is very clever and almost a must have when trying decipher that wibblyness :)

"We apologise for the delays on the River Song timeline this evening, this is due to signal failure at a Good Man Goes to War. A replacement bus service is available."

Seriously though, I don't want to demean it in any way, that timeline is fantastic.

As beautiful as the River Song timeline is, should First Night/Last Night not link to The Wedding of River Song as well as Silence in the Library since the title 'First Night' refers to River's 1st night of incarceration in the stormcage prison- after having supposedly killed the Doctor?

Brilliant W&W as always.... but one stands out- The "‘How Far We’ve Come’ Fan Trailer" is now bookmarked to my homescreen - Anytime I'm feeling down I know where to go!

That River's timeline is a very helpful piece of art, although I'm not entirely agreeing with it. Why Melody's timeline leads into A Christmas Carol? Also, I believe Moffat once said that for the Doctor one of these River's meetings with the Doctor took place during the 2009 Specials. Of course, you don't have to accept everything the writers state off-screen, but I do accept that fact as my headcanon because, seeing how River was already familiar with Ten during the events in the Library, it makes perfect sense.

Love the "Look How Far We've Come" video. The person who does these is really quite a genius.

Is there just a new fan titles sequence every week? Seems like there is!

Anyone got any more Doctor Who Tennis puns? Ace comes to mind. To paraphrase the Sixth Doctor "Carrot Deuce" ;)

Not quite, he did some covers for Iris Wildthyme a couple of year ago, but congrats none the less!!

@ilyootha You didn't know River regenerated into Dumbledore? And you call yourself a fan! Forshame!

I believe he specifically designated the Asgard picnic as a River/Ten adventure.

@ilyootha The label for A Christmas Carol represents the circle to its immediate left; the one with a part of Melody's timeline is The Impossible Astronaut. I'ts a bit confusing, but the messiness of the timeline at this point creates spatial difficulty.

@Amy is Hannibal But it does have some pretty clear flaws.  The "River learns to fly the TARDIS" spot for one.  We saw, albeit off camera, River learn to fly the TARDIS in "Let's Kill Hitler": "I seem to be able to fly her.  She taught me." - which made sense of her explaining in "The Time of Angels" that she had lessons from the very best and that she didn't learn from the Doctor because he was busy that day (because he was dying at the time).

Plus, in "The Time of Angels", the Doctor says "we keep meeting in the wrong order," which suggests that they have met a few times since the Library.

@Planet of the DeafI'd have thought Rafa Nadalek myself, but, whatever floats your boat :) Oooh just thought of another one; Umpireoviles? I'll close the door on my way out...

Oh, I know. I listed several of the flaws elsewhere in this comment section. I was just saying that they do have the correct placements for "First Night"/"Last Night".

What do the players play when it's 6-6? A bow tiebreaker of course! :)
