Does anyone know who the figure Infront of Kronos is?

I'm looking forwards to reading the final part of the Blood of Azrael in this issue. I wonder if they'll start to include Peter Capaldi in the comic strip next issue such a long time before his actual TV debut?

DWM, surely you learned not to put vervoids on the cover!

I love how they have put in some slightly more overlooked villains like the Krynoids and Mr. Sweet, the maggots, Sil, the arm of a Silurian and those Hamevoreosoveserere wotsits from The Curse of Fenric.

What a glorious cover!

Well, the Kandy Man made it onto the front cover of Doctor Who Magazine - I can sleep soundly tonight!

I don't like this cover. It looks crowded and over-the-top. Is like something DWA would produce.

The Absorbaloff gets on the front cover, but not the Silurians?

What a superb cover! I'd love it if they released a poster version of it later down the line. :D

If that isn't the Greatest cover ever, I don't know what is. Who's the guy between Davros and the Sontaran?

Isn't that a tetrap from Time and the Rani on the left, and one of the alien delegates from dalek masterplan on the right

@Steppenwolf1 I thought that was Nyder from Genesis of the Daleks! I was wondering why such a small character had such a prominent position.

Polyphase

@Steppenwolf1 Yes and also Eelec from The Krotons, Fenner from The Power of Kroll and the amazing Solon from The Brain of Morbius.

The incredible Mr Madoc himself :)

@The Mind Probe IKR. They even managed to include the Doctor! Oh wait, that's just his doppelganger....

@The Finn I'm more of a fan of the Mighty 200 cover from 2009, to be honest. Not sure who the character between Davros and Linx is- possibly one of the cavemen out of An Unearthly Child, but that's a real stab in the dark and is probably incorrect (my knowledge of the classic series is a lot broader than it once was, but still pales in comparison to many fans who were around at the time of its original broadcast).

In quite a lot of episodes. But always used effectively unlike other sci-fi shows.

@RoastNewt @The Finn Ah. That's why I didn't recognize him. I haven't seen that serial. Is that a Yeti between the Sontaran and the Anne Droid? And what is that above the "the very best" text?

The Finn
The Finn

@tbuxton42 @The Finn The 2009 cover is the one with the Fourth Doctor, right? I find that one a bit lacklustre. As for the character, he's apparently from "The Savages".

Night at the Whovies
Night at the Whovies

@PaulJohnEric @The Finn @RoastNewt  Wibbly Wobbly: It's BOTH!  It is an axon, except it has been spray painted and reused as another alien: A Krynoid.   But to put it simply, it is a Krynoid although it is easy to get them confused.
