Doctor Who was the third most watched show on Christmas day according to early overnight viewing figures.

The End of Time was seen by 10 million viewers, down on last years special. The Royle Family (10.2 million) took the number two slot with EastEnders (10.9 million) winning the day this year. The full top 10 is below.
