If there’s one thing you can rely on it’s John Barrowman talking about returning to Doctor Who.

He has been speaking about coming back for the 50th anniversary special once again. Unfortunately for Captain Jack fans, there hasn’t been any movement and Barrowman claims he has not been asked.

“I haven’t heard anything. There was a rumour online that said I’m not able to do it because of my schedule. But, actually, I haven’t been asked. So it’s nothing to do with my schedule,” he told TV Choice.

He added: “And to be honest with you — I have time. I’ve always said, if they come to me and ask me to do Doctor Who or Torchwood ever again, I would do it at the drop of a hat.”

Last year, Barrowman stated it would be a “travesty” if Jack didn’t turn up for the big occasion.
